Shipping: Once we receive and confirm an order, most ship within 8 business days. If the order will be delayed or any or all products are on backorder, you will be notified.

All parcel orders will be shipped via UPS and sent Standard Ground shipping.

UPS 3-day, UPS 2nd day and Next-day are available but the customer will responsible for all shipping charges.

All Freight order will be shipped by a freight carrier determined by Gallow.

Customers can arrange their own shipping if needed,

Payment Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery and debit cards. We also accept electronic funds transfers (bank transfers), cashier’s checks and money orders. COD is available for an added charge.

If a Credit Application is filled out and approved we may offer credit terms of NET 15 or NET 30. Other requirements may apply for Open Credit accounts.

Payment is charged on credit cards when the order is processed.

All custom orders, must be paid in full when the order is processed.

If payment is made by Company Check, the order will be process and shipped when funds are collected. This type of payment may delay the start and delivery of the order.

ALL orders must be paid in full before shipping unless terms have been approved.

Orders Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Gallow Technologies. Gallow sells directly to the consumer through our website and also accepts orders via Fax, Email and Over-the-phone. All orders much be must be approved by the customer before converting it to an order and processing it. The customer must approve a quote before the order will be processed. Gallow Technologies reserves the right to refuse to accept any order without comment.

Order Cancellation Policy:Any order that is cancelled is subject to the following charges:

Orders cancelled within 5 days of when it was processed, will be refunded 100% of the payment.

Orders cancelled within 2 days of being shipped will be refunded 85% of the payment.

Custom orders can not be cancelled and will not be refunded.

Shipping Terms: FOB Shipping Location (St. George Utah and other domestic locations). It is your responsibility to refuse shipments with significant damage and to note minor damage on all copies of the freight bill. Notify us of the damage and contact the carrier and follow their procedures.

Pricing:Prices, features, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Internet Policy: Products shall not be sold over the Internet but may be advertised on the Internet. Certain exceptions may be made where a reseller, in advance, presents to Gallow a strategy for approval. Any dealer selling products on the Internet without prior approval will lose dealer status.

Returns:All returns must have prior authorization and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Missing parts and damages due to improper packaging will be billed back at the applicable rates. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid in accordance with Gallow Technologies instructions. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number from Gallow on the outside of the packaging materials.

Warranty:Confidence in the quality of our products allows Gallow Technologies to offer a lifetime warranty in our products. If these products are found to be defective by reason only of manufacturing, in material or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product free of charge. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been abused, modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than Gallow Technologies.

IMPORTANT: This warranty is only valid if the product was purchased through Gallow Technologies or a Certified Gallow Dealer Proof of purchase may be required.
